To request visa requirements, send an email to: visas.croma@mrecic.gov.ar
Include the following information (in Spanish, Italian, or English):

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Passport issuing country
• Place of residence (city/province/country)
• Estimated travel date and duration
• Purpose of travel (detail activity)
• Scanned copy of the passport (data page)
• Contact phone number

Suggested timeframe: 45 business days before the trip.
Visa applications are personal. To request an appointment, send all documents scanned in advance.

On the day of your appointment, you must present all required documentation. Incomplete documentation will result in rescheduling your appointment, subject to availability.

If your documents are complete, you will have a personal interview with the Consul. After the interview, the Consul may request additional documentation.

The consular fee is paid on the day of the appointment at the Consulate by credit/debit card, before the interview. If the visa is denied, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Important: There is no need to use a third party or agency for any service at this Consulate.

ATTENTION: The Argentine Consulate in Rome does not process or handle visa applications before Italian or other foreign authorities. Please contact the appropriate consular or immigration offices in those countries.
